🟢材料:
嫩豆腐 200克
雞蛋 3隻
薑米、蒜蓉 、蔥花、辣椒 適量
🟢調味料:
生抽 1湯匙
老抽 1茶匙
糖 1茶匙
蠔油 少許
水 3湯匙
鹽、胡椒粉 少許

🟢做法:
1️⃣將嫩豆腐切片,煎至兩面金黃,反轉後再煎至另一面金黃,加入薑米和蒜蓉煸炒。
2️⃣打勻3個雞蛋,加少許鹽和胡椒粉。
3️⃣在煎好的豆腐上倒入蛋液,煎至兩面金黃,加入調好的生抽、老抽、蠔油、糖和胡椒粉混合調料,煮1至2分鐘,至醬汁收乾加入蔥花即可。

🟢Ingredients:
Soft tofu - 200g
Eggs - 3
Ginger (minced), Garlic (minced), Spring onions (chopped), Chili (chopped) - as needed
🟢Seasoning:
Light soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
Dark soy sauce - 1 teaspoon
Sugar - 1 teaspoon
Oyster sauce - a small amount
Water - 3 tablespoons
Salt, White pepper powder - a small amount

🟢Cooking Directions:
1️⃣ Cut the soft tofu into slices and pan-fry until both sides are golden brown. Add minced ginger and garlic while flipping the tofu.
2️⃣ Beat 3 eggs in a bowl and add a pinch of salt and white pepper powder.
3️⃣ Pour the egg mixture over the pan-fried tofu and cook until both sides are golden brown. Add the mixed seasoning sauce (soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and white pepper powder) and cook for 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens. Add spring onions and serve.
