GearFest-UK24 - Void & Vista Folds Human Voice Sounds

We caught up with Tom at GearFest UK, held at Tile Yard, to discuss Void and Vista's latest release – a vocal-based instrument that launched around the end of March to early April. Unlike their previous string-based product "Strands," this new instrument explores the realm of unusual vocal techniques and articulations. Tom emphasized the monolithic, moody, and reactive interface that reacts to performance controls, making it distinct from traditional vocal instruments.
