VGC 2025 New Rules? (Discussion from Live Stream)

This is the last part of a live stream that discusses the new rules of the 2025 Pokemon Championship Rulesets.
Questions that are asked (some that are not in this video):
Will this allow players that cap their wins/invite, can they cause others to not win and therefore miss out on points/invite?
Will this change take away the fun aspect of the tournament?
Will players resist being on stream so they do not give away their team stats due to the stakes being higher?
Will this narrow down the  local scene and thus risk them being lost by the 2026 season?
Should there be hack checks at the start of the tournament to ensure equal play?
