This is a longer version combining several videos that have already been posted; it is a video of a day of walking around Ikebukuro and Otsuka Stations in July 2023. The main purpose of this walk was the Tokyo Hula Festa in Ikebukuro.It is said to be one of the largest hula dance events in Japan. The venues were Ikebukuro Nishiguchi Park, Naka-Ikebukuro Park, Sunshine City Square, and Otsuka Station South Exit Station Square, and I was able to visit all of them. Ikebukuro is one of the busiest areas in Tokyo, so it is fun to stroll around even without an event.
