Chicken tikka masala is one
Chicken tikka masala is one of the most famous curries. This version is a simplified version of Gordon Ramsay's recipe in a pressure cooker. I have created a similar video about a year ago but this one is more simple. I'm not using a food processor, just finely chopping the onion and I'm using passata instead of plum tomatoes.
ingredients:
500 g chicken things (cubed)
70 ml of water
250 ml passata
1 medium onion
2 garlic cloves
1 green chili
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp gram masala
salt, pepper
vegetable oil (for frying)
