Hey guys, my name is Cara McCarron and I am 48. I just turned 48. So I am super in the middle of perimenopause and I'm doing a review on the Happy Mammoth Estro Control and Hormone Harmony.
So first I will say I will not endorse or talk about anything that I don't fully believe in. I've tried tons of supplements from, you know, probiotics and all of it. So if I don't believe in something, I'm not going to talk about it. I talk about this to all my friends constantly. I'm telling everybody they need to take it.
So I've been in perimenopause for about 18 months, feeling symptoms more so last year. And there was a period where I absolutely felt insane, not like myself, super depressed and then anxious and then weepy and like PMS times a million all the time.
And it started to stress me out. It stressed everybody in my household out as well. well, but I had seen this on Instagram and you know, there's a ton of stuff on Instagram, so I really take it with a grain of salt, but there were 14,000 positive reviews on it. So I decided I'm going to try it. And within seven days, I literally felt like my probably sooner, but let's call it a week.
I started to feel like my moods were balanced. Everything just started to feel like old me again. um I will not go a day without this. I will travel with it. I like, this is a absolute non-negotiable for me from now on because it honestly made that big a difference in how I was feeling.
