I got to drive this 1984 911 for a quick second, and it was a transformative experience. The 911 has always been the "Ultimate Sports Car", and after driving this, I can see what they mean!

The 1984 Porsche 911 Carrera is a fantastic pick from the lineage of the 911. These things are shooting up in value, and I can see why. The car has a 200HP air-cooled flat six that shoots the car from 0-60 in 5.2 seconds. The car has a great torque curve, and keeping this car in the middle of the range while taking corners is a dream. The steering is absolute pristine and telepathic, and the car hardly feels worse for its age. The car is gorgeous, the giant whale tail is a personal favorite of mine.
