The combination of lightly grilled chicken breast and creamy mushroom sauce is really delicious.
You can make it without chicken and add a lot of mushrooms, or you can substitute it with pasta noodles.

✤ Grilled Chicken Breast
- 1(132g) Chicken breast
- 2tbsp Plain flour
- A little salt
- A little black pepper powder
- 3~4tbsp Cooking oil
✤ Cream Sauce
- 10g unsalted butter
- 0.7tbsp(13g) Minced garlic
- 6~7(100g) Button mushrooms
- 100ml Heavy cream
- 50ml Milk
- 1tbsp(6g) Parmesan cheese
- 1tsp(1g) Crushed red pepper
- A little salt
- A little Black pepper powder
✤ TIP
- To show the shape well, the chicken is plated by sprinkling the sauce, but when the sauce boils, add the grilled chicken and boil the sauce to make the chicken warmer.
- The mashed potato with the side (boiled potatoes + salt + pepper + milk + butter) is delicious even if you just put it this way.
