Kinerma is  a  tiny village in Karelia, Russia. Only 2 families live there. The family of Nadezda Kalmykova is one of them. She cooked for us Karelian vendace (fish) soup

Fresh vendace - 500 g
Potatoe - 200 g
Carrot - 200 g
Onion - 150 g
Greens to taste
Salt, ground pepper - to taste
Bay leaf - 2 pcs.
Peppercorn - 10 pcs.
