Tone, Stretch, Open up and Refresh, take some breaths with a big drink of water (or tea!!) some sunlight and Yoga before lunch and save your meal as your reward to build a twice weekly Yoga lunch habit!

This sequence is for every body.  Do this 1 -2 per week, along with my second Weekly Yogalates Workout, and your usual or amped up diet and exercise routine for excellent quick results and satisfaction!
