there are a few misconceptions
there are a few misconceptions when it comes to obtaining this item!
you cannot negotiate to get it. it doesn't drop from the small trolls/little maneaters when they are regular enemies (once you start fighting the large trolls). it will ONLY drop from the small trolls as a boss fight, and ONLY from the fourth one, after you have successfully defeated the three previous ones.
this is still very rare, so save-scumming will be required. happy hunting :)
