What Made Sonic Adventure So Good?

Sonic had a rocky start in 3D..... is what I would say if I were too lazy to think up an original description starter.

In all seriousness, Sonic Adventure is quite the iconic game that many don't see an appeal in. Today, I want to challenge the widespread idea that this piece of history is a giant turd by sharing why I personally thought it was delightful, and why it gained the popularity it had. But do I only have positive things to say about it? Well, the video's an hour long, so take a guess.
