Anda curry is a very easy and simple recipe. So far we have seen dhaba style anda masala, regular anda curry. Today we will see gavran style spicy and pungent anda curry. This is a fantastic side dish and quick and easy to make. Do try this recipe at home and drop a comment for me. Do not forget to like, share and subscribe.

Ingredients:
• 1 tsp Oil
• 3 medium size sliced Onions
• 3~4 Garlic cloves
• 1 tsp chopped Ginger
• 1 tsp Cumin seeds
• 2 tbsp shredded dry Coconut
• 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
• Coriander leaves
• 3~4 tsp Oil
• 1 tsp Kanda lasun masala
• 1 tsp Red chili powder
• Hot water
• Salt to taste
• Boiled and peeled Egges

Method:
• Heat up oil in a pan. Add onion, garlic, ginger, cumin seeds and fry
 on medium heat until onion turns light golden.
• When onion begins to turn light golden add dry coconut, sesame
 seeds and mix well.
• Fry for another 3-4 minutes.
• When coconut gets light golden color turn off the gas and
 transfer everything into a blender jar.
• Add coriander leaves and blend everything into fine paste using
 minimum water.
• Try to blend dry only & add minimum water if required.
• Masala or vatan is already. Heat up oil in a pan.
• Add blended masala in it and fry on medium heat for about 3-4
 minutes.
• Add kanda lasun masala, red chili powder and mix well.
• You can use kala masala or any other masala available with you
 in place of kanda lasun masala.
• Fry the masala for 2 minutes more.
• Add hot water and mix well.
•  Add salt to taste and mix well.
• Give a cut to eggs form all 4 sides and add them into the gravy.
• This helps to absorb the gravy well inside the masala.
• You can add whole egg or cut it into 2 parts and add.
• Cook for another 3-4 minutes after adding the egges.
• Gavran anda curry is already.
• You can have this curry with bhakari or rice as side dish.
