ALINA KFLD KOSH PART 1

This is the last fight in Alina's journey to Airventure 2023. This was her first flight to a towered airport so she was apprehensive. All of her notes on landing at a towered airport, including getting the weather, contracting tower, and contacting ground, are on her arm.

I called KOSH tower so they would expect her. I also called EAA to alert them of her arrival since I wouldn't be able to make it there before she got there.

Enroute the muffler developed a crack which caused a change in the sound on the engine. Alina was concerned the engine might fail, but she maintained her focus and landed.

After she landed, EAA volunteers greeted her and marshalled her to her parking spot.
