You will need:

Cat Tail
Wire Hanger
Small Feather Boa
Hot Glue
Elastic

Tutu
Black Tulle 5 yds or so

Cat Ears
Felt
Satin like fabric
Thread and needle
Hair Clips
Hot Glue
