CHRYSLER/DODGE 3.5 CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CODE P1004

This particular Chrysler 300 is a 2007 3.5 but its the same issue in the dodge Charger and Magnum with the 3.5l engine the Procedure is the same.
9 times out of 10 times when I encounter this P1004 code its a bad Short Runner.
