Visited Keelung City for a
Visited Keelung City for a day-trip during my recent break. Went to the famous Zhengbin Fishing Port where there is a row of colourful houses. Explored the neighbourhood and the Miaokou Night Market. The Maiokou Night market's vicinity was buzzing with people. Great atmosphere, food and shopping around there. Not to forget that it is very close to the train station back to Taipei City.
How to get to Keelung City:
Take the MRT to Songshan Station
Transit to the Shuttle Train heading to Keelung City (Last stop) from Songshan Station.
(Estimated train ride: 45minutes)
You can simply use your Easycard for this ride.
Places I visited:
+ Zhengbin Fishing Port 正濱漁港
+ Heping Island 和平島
+ Keelung Night Market/ Miaokou Night Market 基隆夜市/廟口夜市
+ Maritime Plaza 海洋廣場
