Creamiest Gout Elbow Part 2. Clearing out the pocket of hundreds of microcysts and calcifications

This is part 2 of 3. The clean up. Hang in there this is a long one! Clearing out hundreds of micro cyst pockets and calcified plaques. Very interesting presentation. There are still multiple creamy cyst pops in this one. This was a long surgery, you can see why many surgeons do not like to do these surgeries. Its very difficult and time consuming to remove all these little bits. You could see in his first video the creamy toothpaste like exudate and you can hear in this video  the rock solid calcifications embedded in the tissue that I carefully scrape out with my scalpel. He has urate crystals in the tissue and calcium pyrophosphate crystals have also been found in some of his samples. He’s so happy to have this rock hard elbow be soft again. You can see the difference from the beginning of the video to the end, how soft the skin is. Part 3 with my closure coming soon!
