Pav Bhaji Masala

Ingredients
Coriander Seeds - 25 gm
Jeera (Cumin seeds) - 12 gm
Saunf (Fennel Seeds) - 5 gm
Ajwain (carom seeds) - 1/2 tsp
Dry red chili - 13 gm
Kaalee Mirch (Black pepper corn) - 3 gm
Lavang (Cloves) - 3 gm
Star Anish - 2-3
Dagad Phool (Black stone flower) - 3 gm
Badi Elaichi (Black cardamom) - 3
Tamalpatra (Cinnamon leaf) - 5 gm
Black Salt - 1tsp
Sonth (Dry Ginger) - 1 tsp
Amchur powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric - 1 tsp
Kashmiri red chili powder - 1 tsp
Table salt - 1 tsp


Method:
-Heat frying pan on low flame and add coriander seed, Jeera, Saunf, and Ajwain, now roast them, once it’s done put it aside in a bowl.
-Now add other ingredients, dry red chili, black pepper corn, lavang, star Anish, Dagad phool, Badi Elaichi, Tamalpatra, roast them as well on low flame, once done put it aside in a bowl.
- Now add all ingredients in a mixture grinder
- Add Himalyan black salt
- Add Sonth (dry ginger powder)
- Add Salt
- Add Amchur Powder
- Add Turmeric powder
- Add Kashmiri red chili powder
Once all ingredients are added, grind them till fine powder and your Pav Bhaji masala is ready.

(life span of this Masala is 3 months you can refrigerate)
