Adjoining a small waterfall to your pond is a great way to provide a decorative enhancement. A waterfall also provides continual aeration to your pond, which benefits the pond ecosystem. To build this waterfall you will need a TotalPond® 8 inch spillway. Before you start, decide on where you would like your waterfall. Measure out the distance and height of where you would like the waterfall to be relative to the edge of your pond. Once you have made these measurements, position the spillway along the edge of your pond. You should then connect the tubing to the pump, we recommend using a hose clamp to ensure a secure connection. When the tubing is securely connected, place the pump in the pond. The next step is to attach the tubing to the spillway, use a hose clamp to securely connect the tubing to the spillway. To complete the look of your waterfall stack rocks and stones on and around the spillway as a natural disguise. Enjoy!
