This fudge is delicious but
This fudge is delicious but has a somewhat unpleasant greasy feeling to it. If you try it, let me know if you had similar results.

1/2 cup salted butter (or unsalted)
1/2 cup milk or half and half
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 cup Nutella
2 1/2 cups to 3 cups confectioner’s sugar (aka icing sugar, powdered sugar.
Place 2 1/2 cups of icing sugar in a bowl and set aside.
Melt butter over medium high heat and then add the milk and brown sugar. Stir together and then bring to a hard, rolling boil over medium heat and then cook for 2 minutes. Stir continuously while cooking. Remove the pan from the heat and add the vanilla and Nutella. Stir until the Nutella is melted.
Pour Nutella mixture over the icing sugar and mix until completely combined. Work quickly as this sets fast. If the fudge seems to be too runny, add more powdered sugar. Spoon the fudge into a 8×8" pan. Chill until set.
