How to Preserve File Date Created and Folder Dates When Copying Files in Windows

In Windows, when copying files using File Explorer, the file date modified gets preserved, however the file date created gets reset to the date that it was copied. And the folder date modified and folder date created both get reset to the date that they were copied. In this video I show how to preserve file date created and folder dates when copying files in Windows.
