The Tiger Tanks of the English Civil War - heavy cuirassier cavalry (lobsters)

The English Civil War saw the last heavy cavalry to be fully armoured. Sir Arthur Haselrig (spelt a variety of ways) a staunch parliamentarian developed and raised his own regiment of cuirassiers. These men were protected from head to knee in plate armour. Despite their impressive defensive capabilities, they still had a chequered history during the English Civil War.
