[RECIPES IN DESCRIPTION] 4 CHAFFLES IN 1 VIDEO!

Wow... This is keto trend that is well worth the popularity - I was skeptical considering they're just egg and cheese... But wholly moly, they are amazing!!!!! Like toasties and crumpets in one. Perfect for sandwich bread or just on their own, or as a side dish, or as a snack... Whoever discovered these, you are a GENIUS.
They're not eggy, they're crispy, and crunchy, and cheesy, and very low carb and VERY adaptable.

So, for this video, I bought a brand new mini waffle maker yesterday and I messed around with a few recipes until I had 4 chaffle recipes that are PERFECT for anyone on any kind of keto lifestyle.

|| 🥚🧀 STANDARD CHAFFLES 🧀🥚 ||

INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup (57g) Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1 Egg

METHOD:
1. Preheat your waffle maker (preferably a mini waffle maker) according to the manufacturer's guidelines.
2. Mix the cheese and egg together well in a medium/small bowl.
3. Once the waffle maker has heated up, add a small coating of butter or oil (I used Coconut Oil Spray).
4. Add the half of the batter if your waffle maker only makes one waffle.
Cook for about 8 minutes or until solid and crispy - check your waffles every minute after 5 minutes.
5. If you have a single serving waffle maker, repeat steps 3-4. Enjoy!

Serves 1 (2 Mini Waffles):

Calories: 294kcal
Fat: 23g
Protein: 21g
Net Carbs: 0g

||  PAFFLE CHAFFLES ||

INGREDIENTS:
- 1/3 cup (38g) Mozzarella, shredded
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 cup (about 7g) CRUSHED Pork Rinds - I just stand on the bag until they are like breadcrumbs.

METHOD:
1. Preheat your waffle maker (preferably a mini waffle maker) according to the manufacturer's guidelines.
2. Mix the mozzarella, crushed pork rinds and egg together well in a medium/small bowl.
3. Once the waffle maker has heated up, add a small coating of butter or oil (I used Coconut Oil Spray).
4. Add the half of the batter if your waffle maker only makes one waffle.
Cook for about 6 minutes or until solid and crispy - check your waffles every minute after 3 minutes.
5. If you have a single serving waffle maker, repeat steps 3-4. Enjoy!

Serves 1 (2 Mini Waffles):

|| CHEESE & ONION CHAFFLES ||

INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup (57g) Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1 Egg
- 1/4 of a Small White Onion (about 28g), chopped.
- 1 tsp Mustard (I used French's Classic)

METHOD:
1. In a small pan over medium heat, add chopped onion and a dash of oil. Cook until the onion is translucent and browning. Take off heat and set aside.
2. Preheat your waffle maker (preferably a mini waffle maker) according to the manufacturer's guidelines.
3. Mix the cheese, onion, mustard and egg together well in a medium/small bowl.
4. Once the waffle maker has heated up, add a small coating of butter or oil (I used Coconut Oil Spray).
5. Add the half of the batter if your waffle maker only makes one waffle.
Cook for about 8 minutes or until solid and crispy - check your waffles every minute after 5 minutes.
6. If you have a single serving waffle maker, repeat steps 3-4. Enjoy!

||  BRIE & CRANBERRY CHAFFLES ||

INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup (72g) Brie, slightly melted (I cubed mine and put it in the microwave for 20 seconds)
- 1 Egg
- 1.5 tbsp Sweetener
- 2 tbsp FROZEN Cranberries, chopped

METHOD:
1. Preheat your waffle maker (preferably a mini waffle maker) according to the manufacturer's guidelines.
2. Mix the brie, sweetener, cranberries and egg together well in a medium/small bowl.
3. Once the waffle maker has heated up, add a small coating of butter or oil (I used Coconut Oil Spray).
4. Add the half of the batter if your waffle maker only makes one waffle.
Cook for about 6 minutes or until solid, but soft - check your waffles every minute after 3 minutes.
5. If you have a single serving waffle maker, repeat steps 3-4. Enjoy!
