The Ultimate Queensland Eating Experience: Mud Crab and Prawns

We don't have 'em in the US, but mud crabs are standard in Queensland, Australian - and they're good - but a ton of work to eat! Check out these fresh mud crabs from the Australian coast - and the prawns that were caught in Barrier Reef waters (or so we were told!). This hole in the wall spot was somewhere between Cairns and Townsville, on the east side of the highway.
