INGREDIENTS
2 liters water
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 can condensed milk (390g)
1 can evaporated milk (370ml)
brown sugar as needed
1 cup cassava flour (or cornstarch) (for smooth texture)
pinipig (rice flakes) (optional)

DIRECTIONS
Boil 2 liters water.
Dissolve cocoa powder in 1 cup hot water. Set aside.
Once the water is boiling, add the evaporated milk, condensed milk and dissolved cocoa powder. Taste for sweetness. Add sugar as needed. Mix well and let it boil.
Dissolve cassava flour in 1 cup room-temp water. Add to the boiling ice candy mixture. Stir contiously. Make sure no lumps. Simmer for 5 minutes. Then, remove from heat and let it cool.
Once cooled down, put in ice candy plastics. FREEZE.
