The Nothing Phone 2 has a 6.7-inch LTPO OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10+, and 1600 nits of brightness. It's powered by the Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 chipset, which was the best chipset available to Android phones in late 2022. It comes with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB of storage, and it runs on Android 13 with Nothing OS 2.
But what makes the Nothing Phone 2 really special is its design. It has a glass front and back with an aluminum frame, and it's splash, water and dust resistant with an IP54 rating. But the most eye-catching feature is the multiple LED lights on the back, which can be customized to show notifications, charging progress, camera fill light, and even a blinking red light when you're recording a video.
The Nothing Phone 2 also has a dual camera setup on the back, with a 50MP main camera and a 50MP ultra-wide camera, both with autofocus and optical image stabilization. The main camera can record 4K videos at 30 or 60 frames per second, with gyro-EIS, live HDR, and OIS. The front camera is a 32MP selfie shooter that can also record 1080p videos.
The battery of the Nothing Phone 2 is a 4700mAh unit that supports 45W wired charging, 15W wireless charging, and 5W reverse wireless charging. It can go from zero to 100% in just 55 minutes with the wired charger, or in 130 minutes with the wireless charger.
The Nothing Phone 2 also has some other features that make it stand out, such as its expanded Glyph Interface, which lets you control your phone with gestures and voice commands. You can also use the Glyph App to customize your phone's settings, themes, wallpapers, and more.
The Nothing Phone 2 is available in two colors: White and Dark Gray. It starts at $599 / £579 / AU$1,049 for the base model with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, and goes up to $799 / £699 / AU$1,249 for the top model with 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage.
