A TRIBUTE TO JOE BURKE
The Frost Is All Over will forever remind me of the wonderful and lively sessions we had with Joe Burke and Anne Conroy Burke in Kilnadeema. Rarely did a night go by without Joe playing that jig. I chose The Flowers in Bloom here to follow The Frost is All Over, because not only does it make a nice set, but because it fits the spring season, a season of renewal and hope.
Joe Burke RIP, you will be missed, your music will live on.
