[FSX STEAM] Captainsim B757 FMC Tutorial

I took a moment to do a tutorial on the Boeing 757 FMC.  This includes the following:

 -  Initializing the INS
 - Entering the Route
 - Performance Initialization
 - Explanation of Cost Index, CG, and other confusing attributes
 - Updating the flight plan: Deleting/Inserting waypoints
 - Adding SID/STARs

Before attempting FMC setup, you need a solid understanding re: waypoints and how they are used in flight planning.  You can find my waypoints tutorial video here: [TUTORIAL] How to Build a Flight Plan....

In theory, most of what is learned here can be applied to the 767, 777, and the 737.  Let me know what you think.
