KNEAD FOR 7-8 MIN.
DIVIDE
MAKE BALL SHAPE
½ CUP SUGAR
2 TBSP WATER
COOK UNTIL CARAMELIZED
2 CUP WATER
COOK UNTIL BOIL
POUR 2 CUP MORE WATER
½ CUP SUGAR
COOK UNTIL BOIL
PUT THE SWEET BALL
COOK FOR 10 MIN. IN HIGH HEAT
SWEET BALL WILL RISE UP & BECOME FLUFFY
FLIP IT
COOK FOR 7-8 MIN. IN MEDIUM HEAT
KEEP COVERED UNTIL COOL DOWN
