Today, I made a tutorial for how to get custom capes in Minecraft Bedrock Edition 1.17 & 1.18 & 1.19 & 1.20 / Minecraft Pocket Edition (MCPE) 1.20. You can even use custom elytras, HD capes, and Optifine capes! There are over 500 custom capes including Lunar capes, Badlion capes, and Mantle capes for Minecraft Bedrock Windows 10.
