No flour, no sugar! I do this every morning with oatmeal and have lost 10kg!
Recipe 1:
1 cup oatmeal.
1 glass of milk.
Leave on for 10 minutes.
Apple.
Banana.
sweetener vanillin.
3 eggs.
60g walnuts.
Bake at 180°C / 360°F for 40 minutes.
1 cup oatmeal.
Apple.
2 eggs.
Be sure to wash your eggs before using them.
Eggs should be at room temperature.
150g yogurt.
Cinnamon.
1 tsp. Baking powder.
Bon appetit!
Recipe 2:
500 g pitted cherries.
1 tbsp. l. Strength.
4 medium eggs.
100 g sweetener, a pinch of salt.
100 g oat flakes.
120g flour (I use 50/50 coconut and almond flour).
300 g cream or milk.
Coconut flakes.
Oatmeal.
Recipe 3:
270 g oat flakes.
1 tsp baking powder.
A pinch of salt.
80 g sugar substitute.
1 medium egg.
100g butter.
200 g cottage cheese.
500 g plums.
1 tbsp. Strength.
1 tablespoon erythritol.
1 teaspoon cinnamon.
Bake in the oven at 190°C for 40 minutes.
30 g pistachios.

200 ml milk.
2 eggs.
A pinch of salt.
Vanilla.
Leave on for 5 minutes.
2 bananas.
1 apple.

Shape 18 cm or 7 inches.

1/2 cup walnuts.
Bake at 180°C/360°F for 40 minutes.
Allow to cool completely in the baking dish.

1/2 cup warm milk.

15 grams of sweetener.
