1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

2 cans tomatoes
4 cups beef stock
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar
4 tablespoons fish sauce

Set C
1 cup full cream milk
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
