Tile Leveling System 1/16" Clips & Wedges Installation on Tile

If used correctly, the Leveling System will provide a flat surface on many different types of substrates without the use of different sized spacers. Also, the clips are sized to provide a uniform grout joint at 1/16" separation. Wedges are reusable alongside Wedge Adjuster. 1.- Start by preparing surface and setting in adhesive on floor. 2.- Place Clips against the tile already set on floor. 3.- Measure! It is recommended to place a Clip every 7 in. 4.- Place the next piece of tile on the opposite side of the Clips already placed on floor. 5.- Place the Wedge in between the opening of the clip. 6.- Press the Wedge against the Clip using the Wedge Adjuster until sufficient pressure is felt and tiles are leveled. 7.- Withdrawal of the Clips is easy using tweezers or even your foot! 8.- Tile is leveled and ready for grout at 1/16” separation. This Tile Leveling System will prevent tile lippage (especially with large format tile), ensure a smooth surface, eliminate settling from shrinkage, create a secure bond with the substrate by promoting full coverage of adhesive, all while saving you time and money!
