RENT AGREEMENT
This agreement is made at your city, State on this date between Mr. OWNER name, residing at Your
address , hereinafter referred to as the ‘LESSOR’ of one part.
AND
Mr, Your name, Having permanent address at your permenet address and having Your ID Number:,
hereinafter referred to as the ‘LESSEE’ of the other part.
WHEREAS Mr. OWNER name the lessor is the lawful owner of Address of owner, falling in the
category, RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY and comprising of total room which you want to take as rent
(example 1 bedrrom, 1 kitchen, 2 bathrrom, 1 hall) with an extent of Area size in square feet,
hereinafter referred to as “Demised Premised”.
AND WHEREAS at the request of the Lessee, the Lessor has agreed to let the Demised premises to
the tenant for a term of Lease Term commencing from Starting date for rent in the manner
hereinafter appearing.
NOW THIS AGREEMENT AND IT IS HEREBY AGREED BY AND BETWEEN THE PARTIES AS UNDER:
1. The lease in respect of the “Demised Premises” shall commence from
Start date and shall be valid till end Date. Thereafter, the same may be extended further on
mutual consent of both the parties.
2. That the Lessee shall pay to the Lessor a monthly rent of Rs. Amount in INR only. The rent
shall be paid in advance monthly on or before 7th of English Calender Month.
3. That the lease hereby granted shall, unless cancelled earlier under any provision of this
Agreement, remain in force for a period of Lease Term.
4. That the Lessee shall use the said premises Either residential or commercial purposes.
5. In case of any dispute to this agreement and the clauses herein, the same will be settled in
the jurisdiction of the civil court Jamshedpur.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the parties hereto have executed these presents the day and the year
first hereinabove written.
