Sweet & Tangy Keto Broccoli Bacon Cheddar Salad - Low Carb

This broccoli salad really hits all of my family's favorite taste buds -- it is sweet and tangy and savory and umami.  It is like the best creamy coleslaw you've ever had, but with broccoli instead of cabbage.  Oh, and the bacon, cheddar and red onion compliment each other so well.  NOTE: the red onion in the recipe can come on strong -- especially after a night in the fridge.  We like that punch at our house, but if you don't, consider dialing back to 1/2 cup.
