On the Ides of March 2015, Eric Millegan headed over to "Funkadelic Studios" on West 40th Street in NYC to record a song for a new album, "Broadway Sings for Pride". While former cast members from "Rent" and other Broadway shows were belting out some pretty big anthems, Eric brought a sad, sweet, quiet moment to the program with "Don't Laugh At Me!" Written by Allen Shamblin and Steve Seskin, "Peter, Paul and Mary" did a famous recording of it long before "bullying" had really come front and center in our National consciousness. Eric fell in love with the song's tender messages a couple of years ago and added it to his own cabaret show. Now he is pleased to record it for posterity surrounded by some other fine artists all volunteering their talents for such a noble cause.
