Join us as we explore some of the stunning mosques of Istanbul, a city where history, culture, and religion intertwine. In this video, we'll take you through some of the most breathtaking architectural wonders, including the majestic Blue Mosque, and the serene Süleymaniye Mosque. Let's dive into the heart of Istanbul and uncover the secrets of its stunning mosques!
The amazing thing is that there are approximately 3,000 mosques in Istanbul to explore, and almost all of them are open and free for tourists to visit (outside of prayer times). Just remember to be considerate and abide by the rules - in most mosques that means knees and shoulders need to be covered for both men and women, and women are required have their head covered.
