RECIPE:
✅ We will dry the veal steaks from the thigh, remove the veins and make a small cut on the sides and separate them with a hammer

✅ Fry for about 10 minutes until they turn a little golden brown. During frying, we will put a little butter on each steak, so that they will be softer
✅ Remove the meat from the pan and fry the garlic for just one minute. With constant stirring, add 2 spoons of flour and add water until you get a nice sauce
✅ After the sauce has boiled, return the steaks and stew them for 30-40 minutes at a medium temperature. In the process of stewing, turn the steaks from time to time, so that they do not stick, and add water as needed
✅ When the schnitzels are almost ready, we will season them, and we used dry seasoning, sweet pepper and fresh parsley
And that's all, we got a nice and thick sauce and soft steaks - to lick your fingers.
