the test server (open test) for the new update 10.3 in world of tanks blitz is something special: a lot of rebalanced tanks, some becoming useless and some becoming broken; this update will be very interesting once it's live. i'll show you an overview of everything that's changing this update, and what to play for the next update when it releases soon!
