This scene is a re-enactment of the death of the heroic Muslim bin Aqeel, the cousin of Imam Hussain (a.s) and nephew of Imam Ali (a.s), after he preceded his cousin to Kufah to prepare the people for uprising.
As he arrived to Kufah, Muslim witnessed what was NOT anticipated; the people of Kufah were against him and he finally found shelter in the house of a generous lady. However, her greedy son eventually turned Muslim to the authorities for worldly rewards. May God bless this holy warrior!
