300 gr / 1/2 piece of grated coconut (old half, take only the white part)
300 gr / 20 tablespoons of glutinous rice flour
150 - 170 ml of coconut water
30 gr / 2 tbsp margarine
spread
1 egg
1 tsp SKM
1 tsp oil
sufficient egg yolk coloring
pan uk. 20 x 20 cm
