Getting angry? It happens! Lines get crossed. There will be instances wherein you feel disrespected, misunderstood and you get very upset. It's time for an emotional release through this yoga for anger class! In this video you will use Kali's power in pranayama or breath technique, asana, humor and love to make you feel good and help make space for understanding, forgiveness and sanity. Great techniques for stress relief and anger management too!

Focusing on form and keeping a strong core is very important. Proper breathing is essential for safety, and to activate the core muscles effectively. So don't forget to BREATHE! This also helps release negative energy and detoxify the body!
