Tamaroa of 'Perfect Storm' sunk while former Coast Guard members look on

Former Coast Guard members who served on the vessel Tamaroa were invited aboard the Porgy IV out of Cape May to witness the vessel's final day under the sun before being sunk 135 feet beneath the surface  of the Atlantic Ocean. The Tamaroa becomes the latest addition to an artificial reef which includes the destroyer USS Arthur W. Radford, the minesweeper Gregory Poole and the Shearwater.
