Organised Crime & Corruption Reporting Project (OCCRP), funded by #georgesoros alleges Mauritius-based funds - deemed opaque structured - have profited by buying and selling millions of dollars worth #adani group company stocks. OCCRP reveals the beneficiaries - Nasser Ali Shaban Ahli and Chang Chung-Ling - who allegedly have ties with Adani group promotors, including #gautamadani's brother #vinodadani .
#sebi investigation was to be submitted to #supremecourt on 29th August.
Earlier this year, #hindenburg Research had levelled allegations on the Adani group for stock price manipulation and accounting fraud which led to the then 238 billion dollar group lose its value down to 100 billion dollars.
