വീണാസ് കറിവേൽഡ് 8 ലക്ഷം സബ്സ്ക്രൈബേർസ് പിന്നിട്ട ഈ അവസരത്തിൽ എനിക്ക് എന്നത്തേയും പോലെ ഇന്നും ഒന്ന് മാത്രമേ പറയാൻ ഉള്ളൂ ..ഒരായിരം നന്ദി .. എന്നെ ഇത്രയും സപ്പോർട്ട് ചെയ്തതിനും എന്നെയും , എന്റെ കുടുംബത്തെയും സ്വീകരിച്ചതിനും ,സ്നേഹിച്ചതിനും എല്ലാത്തിനും കാക്ക തൊള്ളായിരം നന്ദി .. ഇനിയും നിങ്ങളുടെ കട്ട സപ്പോർട്ട് എന്റെ കൂടെ ഉണ്ടാകും എന്ന് വിശ്വസിക്കുന്നു ..ഒരുപാടു സ്നേഹത്തോടെ വീണ
Fruit Custard
Ingredients
Custard Powder-2tbsp
Milk -21/2 cup
Sugar-3tbsp
Salt-one pinch
Fruits of ur choice
Vanilla Essence
Method
Mix custard powder in 1/2 cup milk and keep aside .
Boil 2 cup milk in medium flame ,When cooked well,reduce the flame and add sugar ,mix well.
Now add 1/2 cup of custard powder milk and stir well ..add vannila essence.
Increase the heat to medium and cook well by stirring continuously.
When it reach a semi-thick consistency switch off the flame and transfer to a bowl .
After reaching room temperature keep in the fridge for one hour .
To the chilled cutstard add cut fruits mix well and again chill.
Then serve ..
