●batter
500g flour
2tbsp sugar
2tsp salt
1000cc soup stock of beef tendon
150g yam
3tbsp kezuribushi
15g Baking powder
1000g minced cabbage
some Agedama
some spring onion
●Toppings
200g beef tendon
200g pork ribs
200g octopus,shrimp
●Preparation of beef tendon
2000cc water
3 sliced ginger
2 green part of welsh onion
●Season of beef tendon
40ml soy sauce
400ml water
25ml sake
1.5 tbsp sugar
