Today’s recipe is a lunchbox recipe Rajma Masala with MAGGI Masala-ae-Magic. This is a special episode as my husband loves Rajma Masala. MAGGI Masala-ae-Magic transforms our Rajma Masala to KAMAAL ki Sabji.
Rajma Masala is a popular North Indian dish made with red kidney beans cooked in a thick tomato-based gravy, flavored with a blend of spices. It's often enjoyed with rice or Indian breads like roti or naan.
राजमा मसाला हा उत्तर भारतीय पाककृतीत लोकप्रिय असलेल्या डिशचा एक प्रकार आहे, जो मुख्यत्वे राजमा आणि विविध मसाल्यांसह बनवला जातो.
Red kidney beans contain antioxidants such as polyphenols that help combat oxidative stress and reduce the risk of chronic diseases like heart disease and cancer.
राजमा मध्ये फायबर्स, प्रथिने, कार्बोहायड्रेट भरपूर असतात. राजमा एक प्रोबायोटिक म्हणूनही काम करते.

½ cup Red Kidney Beans (soaked & cooked)
2 Onions (quartered)
2 Tomatoes (quartered)
8-10 Garlic Cloves
½ inch Ginger
3 tbsp Oil
½ tsp Carom Seeds
¼ tsp Asafoetida
1 tbsp Coriander & Cumin Seeds Powder
1½ tbsp Red Chilli Powder
¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
Salt (as per taste)
3-4 tbsp Water
Rajma Stock (as required)
Coriander Leaves (chopped)
