Chocolate Pudding with Icing and Cookie Crumble Treat Raw Vegan recipe

Cara's back to school chocolate
Cara's back to school chocolate pudding treat, a raw vegan recipe that will put a smile in any child's heart. Even the icing and cookie crumbles are dairy-free and gluten free. Yummy and healthy!
Cara's Joy in a Jar
Chocolate Mousse
1 medium avocado
2 Tbl cacao powder
1 - 2 Tablespoons maple syrup
3/4th cup nut mylk (a little more if having trouble blending)
splash vanilla
Place everything in a blender and blend till smooth.
Vanilla Cream "Whip Cream"
1 1/2 cups soaked cashews
3/4th cup (maybe a little more) water
pinch salt
splash vanilla
Place everything in a blender and blend till smooth.
Cookie Crust
4 Tbl. cashew butter
4 Tbl. maple syrup
1 1/2 - 2 Tbl. cacao powder
2 cups buckwheat groats, soaked over night
Whisk everything except buckwheat groats in a large bowl till smooth. Add buckwheat groats and fold with spatula till groats are coated. Spread out evenly onto a dehydrator sheet. Dehydrate at 130 -140 (it's not really that hot in box as thermostat is set for) for at least 4 hours before flipping onto a mesh sheet so as to dry out evenly.
Assemble ingredients in a jar as shown in video and enjoy.
