In today's video, we show you how to make Pizza Puff Pastry which tastes just like Pizza! You can add any of your favourite pizza toppings to make the filling for this puff pastry pizza. The secret is getting the Pizza sauce recipe correct which will give these puff pastries that authentic pizza flavour. You can make these pizza puff pastry pies in advance and freeze them until needed. They're so easy to make and guaranteed everyone will love the golden and flakey savoury pastries!
To make the Pizza Puff recipe, you will need:
mushrooms
sweetcorn
black olives
red onion
capsicum pepper (bell pepper
mozzarella cheese
To make the Pizza sauce you will need:
1 tbs tomato puree
2-3 tbs water
salt to taste
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp basil
red chili flakes (as per your taste)
ready-rolled store-bought puff pastry sheet
